Yvette Tan’s book, “Waking the Dead” will give you chills — this author’s first book (hoping for more to come!) is a compilation of ten stories of horror, tragedy and other things in between. Order via Anvil Publishing online. They’re also available at reputable bookstores nationwide.

Apol Sta. Maria’s “Alamat ng Mga Panget and Many Other” book of sketches is a quirky compilation of his drawings while working in Vietnam. Book launch is on Friday, August 28, 2009, 8:00pm at Nomnomnom Cafe, Tomas Morato corner E.Rodriguez Street, Quezon City.

Little Monsters“, an exhibit of artworks by Nikita Dancel, opens this wednesday at 830pm, BigSkyMind, 66-B Broadway street, New Manila, Quezon City.
