Sharing some fragments of my Valentine’s day. My love surprised me with a romantic and gastronomically wonderful dinner at Restaurant Cicou,nestled in Hotel Celeste, at the corner of Arnaiz and Makati Ave.
The french bistro, although relatively new in the scene, has fast become known for its wonderful french cuisine prepared by Chef Cyrille Soenen. My favourite? The Duck Liver in crispy sweet potatoes, Pomelos Confit and Onion Compote, artfully arranged and very yummy indeed! Be sure to try its mignardises!
